3. OBJECTIVES OF THE COMPANY
The main objective of the Company is to become a leader in marketing automobiles and allied products in The State of Qatar and abroad within its operational limits. Other objectives which are actively pursued by the Company are as follows:
•    Trading of used and brand new automobiles and Buses.
•    Representation of companies in Qatar
•    Manufacturing of various kinds of machinery and equipment  
•    Act as a Commission agent, intending agent for overseas companies


4. FACILITIES AVAILABLE

The main office of the Company is located at the upstairs of Citroen Showroom building located at Salwa Road. The offices of departmental heads such as Finance, Accounts, Administration and Marketing are located in the main office in addition to the Managing Director's office. The offices of After Sales Manager and General Parts Manager are situated at El Naael Service Centre.
We have one full-fledged recently constructed most modern fully equipped after sales facility called EL NAAEL SERVICE CENTRE located at Street No. 33 on Dealers' Road at Industrial Area. All our after sales requirements are provided from the above Service Centre except denting and painting jobs. We have also one fully equipped Body Shop used exclusively for denting and painting jobs only. We have 8500 sq mtrs of Yard at Industrial Area capable of storing 600 units of vehicles.

5. DISTRIBUTION NETWORK

We have Citroen and one most modern showroom of 500 sqmtrs size located at Souq Najd at Salwa Road for SsangYong vehicles. Since the country is a small peninsula and entire population is inhabited in and around the capital city of Doha, we are able to meet the demand of Citroen and SsangYong vehicles from these outlets.


6. AFTER SALES SERVICE

In order to meet the growing demand of after sales requirements of Citroen and SsangYong vehicles, a fully air-conditioned, equipped with most modern up to date technology service facility was commissioned in Sept. 1998, constructed on a land admeasuring 8000 sq.mtrs allotted by the Government for 25 years of lease .

The entire cost of construction was privately funded by the Managing Director and given to the Company on rental basis. At present we have a car park of appx. 600 units for Citroen and SsangYong vehicles. The present facility is able to meet the after sales requirements of a minimum car park of 10,000 to 12,000 units. In order to utilize the excess capacity, we do meet any after sales requirements, of any make and models of cars available in Qatar.

We also have one fully equipped Body Shop owned by the Managing Director given to the Company on a piece of land allotted by the Government on lease basis. All denting and painting requirements are met from the above facility. A reasonable share of total Body Shop business in Qatar is handled by the above division.

Vehicle preparation is carried out to the most stringent standards. We believe that this is one of the important factors in successful after sales policy. Our workshop is fully equipped and the most uptodate systems are employed in the following areas:

Engine tests - Crypton cudos 945 model 940
A/C - Sun R 134 A recycling
Body Paint - Thermo mec. Spray/oven booth
Edwin thrist infra red.
Dry sanding system - 3M products
Unit O/H Purpose built facility
•    All workshop employees will have a continuos on-going training program
•    24 hours breakdown service will be available
•    Extended working hours to suit our customers
•    Quick lube (service station) facility
We will give top priority to our customers for after sales requirements.


7. MARKETING ACTIVITIES

The company is having a good team of qualified and highly motivated sales personnel headed by a Sales and Marketing Manager. The sales department conducts various market studies from time to time and offer most attractive terms to customers. We are in close contact with various classes of customers such as rent a car companies, Government agencies, fleet owners and special class of customers. We plan to expand the market activities to acquire a leadership in market share for Citroen and SsangYong vehicles and acquiring additional market share for new vehicles.
